龙口粉丝可以作为各种炖炒凉拌等菜肴的配菜，无论何种烹制方法，建议先将龙口粉丝提前用清水浸泡约20分钟，剪成两段或合适的长短再继续烹饪。
Sweet potato vermicelli can be cooked with all kinds of stewing, frying and salad dishes. it should be soaked with water for about 20 minutes in advance, please cooking them after cutting into two parts or the appropriate length
1.炖：
Stew:
出锅前5-10分钟左右，将龙口粉丝放入汤里一起煮。
Put sweet potato vermicelli into soup before finished cooking ,10-15 minutes will be ok.
2.炒：
Fried:
将龙口粉丝用沸水煮3-5分钟左右，过凉水冲洗沥干后再入锅炒。

3.凉拌：
Salad:
将粉条用沸水煮5-10分钟，过凉开水冲洗沥干后凉拌。
